We require a 20% deposit upfront to reserve your time on our calendar. After that, the rest of the balance is due about midway through your project timeline, or it can be split up into two payments with one payment closer to when we kick off your project, and the other after design approvals.
Yes, if our schedule allows for it. Depending on the project scope, there could be an additional fee.
Project timelines vary depending on scope and our availability. Most Logo + Brand Identity projects take 3 weeks from receiving onboarding materials to final deliverables. A 16-page custom print publication takes around 6-8 weeks from the first onboarding call to completion. A custom 5-page website takes between 3-4 weeks from receiving onboarding materials to launch. This is also dependent on client availability and approval times.
