With more than 15 years of experience delivering client-driven projects, our process is refined and runs smoothly, ensuring efficient timelines, clear communication, and consistently high-quality results tailored to meet your needs.
During this stage, all client assets are due. If we are writing the copy, we will provide a wireframe and content aligned with the quoted page count. The client will review two creative directions that will help determine the book’s overall design aesthetic. Meanwhile, our editor will conduct a thorough review of all provided copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with your brand voice. Once editing is complete, the copy will be sent to the client for review and approval. We welcome your feedback and will collaborate on any necessary revisions until the content is finalized.
During this stage, we will design and lay out the book, transforming your content into a compelling visual experience. If photography is needed, we will collaborate with a client-approved photographer to obtain the necessary assets. As your dedicated partner, we will create a custom piece that reflects your brand aesthetic and business objectives while capturing the essence of your story in a way that resonates with readers.
Three comprehensive proofs will be provided during this stage, with one full round of revisions available for each proof (three rounds of revisions total). Files will be preflighted and photos will be color corrected for the third proof. Before each proof is sent to the client, our editor will conduct a final review as part of our quality assurance process, checking for any errors, inconsistencies, or areas that need refinement before client review.
The client will provide written sign-off on the final print-ready proof, confirming all content, design elements, and specifications are correct. Once approval is received, the files will be packaged and sent directly to the printer to begin production.
